摘 要:目的分析UF-1000i尿有形成分分析仪检测尿白细胞出现假阳性结果的干扰因素。方法随机选取该院2018年2月份300例住院患者的新鲜中段尿液,分别采用显微镜与尿有形成分分析仪检测尿白细胞。结果以显微镜镜检结果作为金标准,尿有形成分分析仪检测白细胞的阳性率(65.00%)高于显微镜法(50.00%),二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中尿有形成分分析仪检测尿白细胞的假阳性率为36.00%;另外UF-1 000i尿有形成分检查的灵敏度为94.00%(141/150),特异度为64.00%(96/150)。结论尿液中的某些成分会干扰尿有形成分分析仪检测白细胞的结果,应将镜检和尿有形成分分析仪两种方式相结合,从而有效提高尿白细胞检测结果的准确性。Objective To analyze the interference factors of UF-1000i urine forming analyzer to detect false positive results of leukocytic cells.Methods The fresh mid-stage urine of 300 hospitalized patients in the hospital in February 2018 were randomly selected.The urinary leukocytes were detected by microscope and urine forming analyzer.Results The results of microscopic examination were used as the gold standard.The positive rate of white blood cells by urine formation analyzer (65.00%) was higher than that of microscopic method (50.00%).The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The false positive rate of urinary leukocytes was 36.00%.The sensitivity of UF-1 000i urine formation was 94.00%(141/150) and the specificity was 64.00%(96/150).Conclusion Some components in urine interfere with the results of urine cell formation analyzer for detecting white blood cells,microscopic examination and urine formation analyzer should be combined to improve the accuracy of urine white blood cell detection results.
