摘 要:目的评价MR螺旋桨扫描技术在肾损伤中的应用效果。方法方便收集2016年2月—2018年5月期间该院—进行双肾MR检查的患者共260例,将其中显示肾损伤的20例患者在常规FSE序列扫描的基础上同时接受螺旋桨(Propeller)技术扫描,将所得图像分为实验组和对照组两组,实验组为螺旋桨技术扫描所得图像,对照组为采用常规FSE序列扫描所得图像,比较两组不同扫描方式所得图像的伪影发生情况以及图像质量。结果实验组有肾盂伪影2例(10.0%)、肾盏伪影1例(5.0%)、血肿伪影2例(10.0%)、肾阴影伪影3例(15.0%)分别均低于对照组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.500、21.645、17.921、6.451,P<0.05)。实验组图像清晰度、准确度、整体图像质量评分分别为(88.17±6.38)分、(87.32±6.47)分及(90.73±4.15)分均高于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=8.753、7.851、5.194,P<0.05)。结论 MR螺旋桨扫描技术在肾损伤诊断中具有较高的应用价值,建议在临床推广使用。Objective To evaluate the application effect of MR propeller scanning technology in renal injury.Methods A total of 260 patients who underwent dual-renal MR examinations between February 2016 and May 2018 were convenient enrolled.Twenty patients with renal impairment were included in the propeller on the basis of conventional FSE sequence scans.Technical scanning,the obtained images were divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group was the image obtained by the propeller technology scanning,and the control group was the image obtained by the conventional FSE sequence scanning,and the artifacts of the images and image quality obtained by different scanning methods were compared.Results In the experimental group,there were 2 cases of renal pelvis artifact (10.0%),1 case of renal pelvis artifact (5.0%),2 cases of hematoma artifacts (10.0%),and 3 case kidney shadow artifacts (15.0%),which were lower than the control group.The differences between the groups were statistically significant (χ^2=12.500,21.645,17.921,6.451,P<0.05).The image clarity,accuracy and overall image quality scores of the experimental group were (88.17±6.38)points,(87.32±6.47)points and (90.73±4.15)points higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant,(t=8.753,7.851,5.194,P<0.05).Conclusion The MR propeller scanning technique has a high application value in the diagnosis of renal injury and is recommended for clinical use.
