摘  要:在室温下使用WDS-8型光栅单色仪,测量了不同浓度的罗丹明6G水溶液标准样品的吸收光谱,获得标准样品的吸光度,根据光吸收基本定律:朗伯-比尔定律,建立吸光度与样品浓度的工作曲线,通过测量未知浓度样品的吸收光谱得到吸光度,根据工作曲线获取未知浓度样品的浓度.本实验拓展了以光栅单色仪为平台构建的光谱测量系列实验的内容.The absorption spectra of standard samples of Rhodamine 6G water solution with different concentrations were measured using the type of WDS-8 grating monochromator at room temperature.According to the basic Lambert Bill law of light absorption,the working curve of the difference absorbance and the concentrations were established.The absorbance was obtained by the absorption spectrum of the tested sample,and the corresponding concentration of the sample was found on the working curve.In the experimental teaching process,a series of spectral measurement experiments on the platform of grating monochromator were constructed.
