奥林匹克运动可持续发展萌芽阶段探析

摘　　要：奥林匹克运动是当今社会可持续发展的典范,回顾其历史可以发现:生存、发展、可持续发展是奥林匹克运动演进的脉络。1894—1948年,奥林匹克运动历经战火与纷争后仍旧能够顽强地生存与其思想体系所蕴含的可持续发展理念和不断适应社会过程中所形成的可持续发展能力有着密切的联系。这一阶段可以被认为是奥林匹克运动可持续发展的萌芽时期,其可持续发展是通过体系内生和外部互动两个途径来实现的。奥林匹克运动以人为本、倡导和平以及强调公平的思想与可持续发展思想高度契合,并为奥林匹克运动实现可持续发展提供了一定的理论支撑,组织结构和活动体系的初步建立为其可持续发展提供了基本保障和依托。奥林匹克运动在与社会互动的过程中,逐步明晰了其可持续发展能力所包含的生存支持系统、发展支持系统、环境支持系统、社会支持系统、智力支持系统。此阶段一系列的探索为奥林匹克运动的可持续发展创造了起点。After more than a century of development,the Olympic Movement has become a model of sustainable development.Looking back on the development of the Olympic Movement,we can find that survival,development and sustainable development are the main lines of the development of the Olympic Movement.During 1894-1984,the Olympic Movement can survive wars and disputes and still have a strong life force and a very strong link to the sustainability of the ideas and the sustainable development that has formed in the process of society.The sustainable development of the Olympic Movement is realized through the internal system and external interaction.It is emphasized that concept of humanoriented,the development concept of equity and the pursuit of peace accords with the intrinsic height of sustainable development,and provides theoretical support for the Olympic Movement to achieve sustainable development.The establishment of organizational structure and activity system provides basic guarantee and support for its sustainable development In the process of interacting with the society,the Olympic Movement has gradually clarified the survival support system,development support system,environmental support system,social support system and intellectual support system contained in the establishment of its sustainable development ability A series of explorations have created a starting point for the Olympic Movement to achieve sustainable development.
