The Historical Evolution and Future Trend of the Mode of "Combination of Educational and Physical Education" in China ——Using Historical Institutionalism as an Analytical Tool

摘  要:从历史制度主义的视角,深入地剖析和解释了我国"教体结合"模式的演变历程。结果显示,始于计划经济时代的"教体结合"模式经过60余年的酝酿发展与变迁,已经从初始的制度状态历经调试、转型和创新,初步跨入现代化发展阶段,其变迁的图景丰富地展示了"教体结合"模式在追求现代化进程中的艰难繁复;"教体结合"模式的演变深深地受国家宏观制度环境、各种政治变量及行为主体的利益行为等"制度的深层结构"影响;"教体结合"模式的历史性变迁在制度存续的正常时期和关键节点时期,都表现出较强的路径依赖特征;"教体结合"模式的演变主要以国家主导的渐进式变迁为主,实现制度创新是其未来发展路径的主要选择。From the perspective of historical institutionalism,this paper deeply analyzed and interpreted the evolution history of the mode of combination of education and physical education.The results are as follows after 60-years development and change,the mode of combination of education and physical education institution which began in the era of planned economy has been developed into a modern stage from an initial state after debugging,transformation and innovation.The changing picture richly displayed the difficult and complicate process of the mode by the pursuit of modernization;the mode of combination of education and physical education change deeply affected by these“deep structure of the system”impact,such as the national macro-institutional environment,a variety of political actors and the interests of the variable behavior:the historic changes of combination of education and physical education have shown a strong path-dependent features during the institution normal existence times and the key nodes times.The evolution of the mode of combination of education and physical education mainly based on state-led incremental changes,and institutional innovation realization is the main choice for future development path.
