摘 要:锚击是引起海底管道损伤和失效的重要原因。为探索锚击作用对海底管道的损伤规律,进行了锚击试验和数值模拟,考察管道铺设条件和水深对海底管道机械损伤的影响。数值模拟与试验数据吻合良好,在预测损伤趋势上保持一致。分析结果表明:随着坠落高度的增加,管道的凹陷损伤程度增大;管道凹陷深度和撞击点附近弯曲应变随着沙土厚度及水深的增加而降低,但降低趋势有所减缓,并逐渐趋于平稳;沙土层与硬土层相比可降低管道的损伤程度;在距撞击点50 cm范围内,管道会发生塑性形变。Anchor is a key factor of the damage and failure of submarine pipelines.In order to explore the damage law of submarine pipeline impacted by dropped objects,experiment and numerical simulation are carried out.Numerical results are in good agreement with the experimental results and the conclusion is drawn as follows.Extent of the damage of the pipeline increases with the increase of falling height.For the pipeline located on sand layer,with increase of the thickness of the sand layer and water depth,the dent damage and bending strain of the pipeline near the impact point decreases but tends to be steady,and plastic deformation occurs within 50 cm from the impact point.
