摘　　要：以2000—2014年黑龙江省森工林区的统计数据为基础,在测算林区全要素生产率的基础上,借助柯布—道格拉斯函数,试图以影响林区经济发展的传统三要素为出发点,根据林区林业三次产业发展规律研究分析林区当前经济增长现状并探讨林区经济发展潜力和经济转型措施。Based on the statistical data of the forest industry in Heilongjiang Province from 2000 to 2014, based on the calculation of the total factor productivity of the forest area, the Cobb-Douglas function is used to try to make the traditional three elements that affect the economic development of the forest area. Studying on the development law of forestry industry in the forest area. It analyzes the current economic growth status of the forest area and explores the economic development potential and economic transformation measures of the forest area.
