转型形势下的黑龙江省国有林区森林可持续经营路径研究

摘　　要：在国有林区转型发展的新形势下,分析森林可持续经营的必要性,结合黑龙江省国有林区资源经营现状,提出了4项可持续经营要点问题,以及当前林区实现森林可持续经营目标必须重点建设生态林体系,大力保护野生动物栖息地,加强管护林下经济植物,严格管理森林集水区,有效开展森林抚育经营,合理开发森林生态旅游等主要路径。Under the new situation of the transformation and development of state-owned forest areas, the necessity of sustainable forest management is analyzed. Combined with the current situation of resource management in state-owned forest areas in Heilongjiang Province, the paper proposed four issues of sustainable management. The management objectives must focus on major routes including the construction of ecological forest systems, vigorously protect wildlife habitats, strengthen economic plants under the management of forests, strictly manage forest water collection areas, effectively carry out forest tending management, and rationally develop forest ecological tourism and so on.
