摘  要:为了研究核电站一回路管道用钢Z3CN20-09M在服役过程中的腐蚀行为,采用电化学工作站研究了Z3CN20-09M不锈钢在350℃、16.5 MPa含硼离子水蒸气和350℃空气介质中长时热老化后的电化学腐蚀性能.结果表明:随着热老化时间的延长,经两种介质热老化后Z3CN20-09M双相不锈钢腐蚀电位减小,腐蚀电流密度增加,Nyquist曲线半径逐渐减小,表明Z3CN20-09M钢经两种介质热老化后表面钝化膜稳定性变差,腐蚀速率加快,耐腐蚀性下降.在相同热老化时长下,经350℃、16.5 MPa水蒸气热老化Z3CN20-09M钢的腐蚀速率要比350℃空气介质热老化的大.The paper discusses the corrosion behavior of Z3CN20-09M steel used for the primary circuit pipeline in a nuclear power plant.The electrochemical corrosion properties of Z3CN20-09M steel in 0.1 M HCI solution were studied by the electrochemical workstation after its long thermal aging in 350 ℃ and 16.5 MPa boron ion water vapor and in a 350 ℃ air medium.The results showed that with the increase in thermal aging time,the corrosion potential and Nyquist curve radius of Z3CN20-09M steel decreased,and the corrosion current density increased,indicating that the stability of the passive film of thermally aged Z3CN20-09M steel became worse,the corrosion rate increased and the corrosion resistance decreased.The corrosion rate of Z3CN20-09M steel thermally aged in 350 ℃ and 16.5 MPa water vapor was greater than that in 350 ℃ air medium.
