摘　　要：高校校办企业的法人治理结构具有特殊性。对高校校办企业法人治理结构中职代会等职工民主参与载体进行研究,探索和形成符合高校校办企业实际的职工民主参与载体和途径,具有重要意义。文章通过对华东师范大学校办企业职工民主参与载体和途径建设的调研分析,探讨了完善职工民主参与载体和途径建设的具体方案。As the corporate governance structure of university-owned enterprises is very special,it is of great significance to study the democratic participation of the staff and workers in the university-owned enterprises.This article aims to study the carriers and channels of democratic participation of the staff and workers in the university-owned enterprises.Through investigation and analysis of the carriers and channels construction of the democratic participation of the staff and workers in the enterprises owned by East China Normal University,the article puts forward some specific measures to improve the carriers and channels construction of the democratic participation of the staff and workers.
