摘　　要：专利是衡量企业技术创新和产品科技含金量的标志。专利信息中蕴含着大量的经济信息,利用和挖掘专利经济信息,可以判断企业的核心竞争力。文章以华为技术有限公司、中兴通讯股份有限公司两家企业为例,挖掘其专利经济信息,利用专利可视化软件和在线网络进行可视化展示,对两家企业的技术、经济等整体实力进行实证研究,由此探索专利经济信息挖掘的模式与方法。Patent is a sign of technological innovation and product technology gold content.Patent information contains a lot of economic information.Using and mining patent economic information can judge the core competitiveness of enterprises.Taking HUAWEI Technology Co.,Ltd.and ZTE Corp as examples,this paper excavates their patent economic information,and carries out a comparative analysis,carries out an empirical analysis of the overall strength of the technology and economy of the two enterprises with the visualization software of patent or online network to explore the model and method of economic information mining.
