基于用户需求的文献申请数据分析及启示——以安徽农业大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：文章对安徽农业大学图书馆教师服务QQ群中2017年6月-2018年5月间申请获取原文的情况进行数据整理,通过分析文献类型和年代、文献申请的时间分布、各单位申请量及人次、WOS来源等几个方面数据,总结图书馆在文献传递服务中存在的问题,从重新整合电子文献资源、重视文献传递服务工作、提升图书馆在全校的地位、提高科研人员的信息素养等方面给出相应对策与建议。According to the literature applications data from QQ teacher group of Anhui agricultural university library between June 2017 and May 2018,this paper makes a statistical analysis including literature types and period,applications and distribution from each unit,WOS data analysis results,and finds out the problems existing in the document delivery service of university library,and finally puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions,such as re-integrating the electronic document resources,attaching great importance to document transmission service,elevating the status of the library,improving the information literacy of science researchers and making up the construction of gray literature resources.
