摘 要:采用乳液-破乳法制备了六硝基六氮杂异伍兹烷(CL-20)基PBX复合颗粒物,对样品的形貌、包覆度和晶型进行了表征,幵对其热安定性和撞击感度进行了测试和分析,同时对比水悬浮法制备的相同配方复合颗粒的性能。结果表明:两种方法制备的复合颗粒中CL-20晶型均为ε型,热安定性和机械感度较超细CL-20都有明显提高;相比水悬浮法,破乳法制备的复合颗粒包覆度提高24%,特性落高H50提高4.18cm,热爆炸临界温度提高5.9℃,表观活化能提高了28.71k J/mol。说明破乳法制备的CL-20基PBX撞击感度更低、热安定性更好。CL-20-based PBX composite particles were prepared by latex deposition method.The morphology,coated degree and crystal form of the samples were characterized,the thermal stability and impact sensitivity of the samples were tested and analyzed.Meanwhile,the performance of samples of the same formulation prepared by latex deposition and water slurry methods were compared.The results showed that the CL-20 crystal form did not change in the composite particles prepared by the two methods,all of CL-20 wereεtype,and the thermal stability,mechanical sensitivity were significantly improved compared with ultrafine CL-20.The coating degree,characteristic drop height H 50,thermal explosion critical temperature,and E a of the sample prepared by latex deposition method were 24%,4.18cm,5.9℃ and 28.71kJ/mol higher than those prepared by the water slurry method,which indicated the impact sensitivity is lower,and thermal stability of CL-20 based PBX prepared by latex deposition is better.The morphology,coated degree and crystal form of the CL-20-based PBX samples,which were prepared by latex decomposition and water slurry methods,were characterized,and the thermal performance and impact sensitivity of the samples were tested.
