摘 要:为保证科氏流量计测量的准确性,必须分析温度对U形管科氏流量计测量管谐振频率的影响,从而对科氏流量计进行温度补偿。该文运用Kirchhoff-Cosserat理论,建立了科氏流量计U形管的力学模型,研究了温度对科氏流量计测量管谐振频率的影响规律,并利用ANSYS软件进行了仿真实验。仿真结果表明,随着温度的升高,测量管谐振频率会逐渐降低,与理论分析结果吻合。In order to ensure the accuracy of Coriolis mass flowmeter,the influence of temperature on the resonant frequency of U tube Coriolis mass flowmeter must be analyzed,and make the temperature compensation of Coriolis mass flowmeter.In this paper,Kirchhoff-Cosserat theory is applied to establish the mechanical model of U tube Coriolis mass flowmeter,and the influence of temperature on the resonant frequency of the measuring tube of Coriolis mass flowmeter is studied,and the simulation experiment is carried out by using ANSYS.Simulation results show that with the increase of temperature,the resonant frequency of the measuring tube will gradually decrease,which is in accordance with the theoretical analysis.
