摘　　要：非洲大陆高温、少雨,当地仍有许多为人们所利用的食用植物资源,其中一些古老的禾谷类食用植物资源至今还在食用,如佛尼奥马唐、穇子、埃塞俄比亚画眉草、御谷等。本文主要报道上述4种植物的开发利用历史、开发价值以及在世界和我国的传播。High temperature and low rainfall are the climate characteristics of the African continent.There are still many local cereal plants used for edible resources,such as Digitaria exilis,Eleusine coracana,Eragrostis tef,Pennisetum glaucum,etc..In this paper,we mainly introduced the development value,utilization history and dissemination of the four cereal plants mentioned above.
