摘  要:采用生物电阻抗分析法,测量四川省233例(男性93例,女性140例)白马人的体重、身高及16项身体成分指标,研究白马人的身体成分及脂肪分布特点。结果表明:白马人身体脂肪分布特征是:躯干、下肢脂肪率>上肢脂肪率,肌肉分布特征是躯干肌肉量>下肢肌肉量>上肢肌肉量,随年龄增加,体重、推定骨量、总能量代谢率、躯干肌肉量等呈线性下降。男性内脏脂肪等级呈线性上升,而女性上肢、躯干及总体脂率、内脏脂肪等级、BMI均增加。白马人男性的肌肉量、推定骨量、总能量代谢、水分率、内脏脂肪等级均大于女性,而体脂率、BMI小于女性。与羌族、木雅人、尔苏人等族群比较,白马人体脂率和内脏脂肪等级高,肌肉欠发达。Abstract:The body composition and fat distribution of the Baima family were evaluated.Using the method of biologyical analysis,the weight,height and 16 body components of 233 cases(93 males and 140 females)of Baima in Sichuan province were measured.The body fat distribution characteristics of Baima is as follows,the trunk and lower limb fate rate>upper limb fat rate,the muscle distribution characteristics of trunk muscle volume>lower limb muscle volume>upper limb muscle volume,with the growth of age,body weight,bone presumption mass,energy metabolism rate,trunk muscle mass,decreased linearly.The male visceral fat level is a linear increase,but the female upper limb,trunk and total fat rate,visceral fat level and BMI are both increase.The Baima male muscle rate,bone presumption mass,energy metabolism rate,water content rate and visceral fat level is bigger than the female,but fat rate,BMI is smaller than the female.Compared with the Qiang,Muya,Ersu families and other groups,Baima body fat rate and visceral fat level is high,and the muscle is less developed.
