摘 要:通过对胶料在热油中的老化加速试验,测试了硫化胶在80、100、120℃下,时间分别为1、3、5、7、9天的老化性能,并针对老化后胶料的扯断伸长率、定伸应力以及压缩永久变形的性能变化规律进行了预测研究。结果发现, NBR/BR硫化胶较NBR硫化胶的扯断伸长率保持率好;在特定的保持率临界值下,当温度低于110℃时,NBR/BR较NBR硫化胶表现出更好的耐压变性能;在一定的50%定伸应力保持率临界值下,温度高于110℃时,NBR较NBR/BR硫化胶的定伸应力保持率好。The aging properties of vulcanizates at 80℃, 100℃ and 120℃ for 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 days were tested by accelerating the aging of rubber compounds in hot oil. And the change rule of the elongation at break, the modulus and the compression set of the rubber after aging was predicted. The results show that the NBR/BR vulcanizate has a better elongation at break retention rate than the NBR vulcanizate; At a specific retention rate critical value, NBR/BR exhibits better pressure resistance than NBR vulcanizate when the temperature is below 110℃; Under the critical value of a certain 50% modulus retention rate, the NBR has better modulus retention rate than the NBR/BR vulcanizate when the temperature is higher than 110℃.
