摘  要:海洋工程服役环境下的混凝土结构会遭受多方面的环境因素造成侵蚀和破坏,甚至会破坏钢筋的钝化膜,产生膨胀性的腐蚀破坏。我国尚无评价混凝土抗海水腐蚀性能的相关标准规范,本文设计了1套抗海水侵蚀性能试验装置和评价方法,设计过程中综合考虑了海洋环境下海水的侵蚀、水位变化导致的干湿交替以及海浪的冲击等综合因素,参考国内外混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀、抗硫酸镁侵蚀的试验方法和评价指标。该方法与直接浸泡法、干湿交替法(人工海水浸泡20 h后大气环境下干燥4 h)进行对比试验,体现了海洋的实际环境,考虑了多因素的影响,可有效评价混凝土抗海水腐蚀性能。Concrete structures in marine environment will be eroded and destroyed by various factors, and even destroy the passive film of steel bars, resulting in expansive corrosion damage. There is no standard method for evaluating concrete corrosion resistance. In the paper, a set of test equipment and evaluation methods for seawater corrosion resistance of concrete are designed. Comprehensive factors such as seawater erosion in marine environment, alternation of dry and wet caused by water level changes and impact of sea waves are taken into account comprehensively in the design process.Test method and evaluation index for soil resistance to sulfate attack and Magnesium Sulfate corrosion at home and abroad were referenced. The method was compared with direct immersion method and dry-wet alternation method (artificial seawater immersion for 20 hours and drying for 4 hours in atmospheric environment) and the result reflected that the influence of many factors in actual marine environment was taken into account. So the method can effectively evaluate the corrosion resistance of concrete in seawater.
