摘  要:以双侧加持针板为主要研究对象,首先使用AUTO CAD软件建立针板模型,导入ANSYS Workbench中进行有限元分析,然后通过设置材料、网格化分,将其中的受力转化为仿真中的载荷加载到针板上进行求解;其次在仿真中分析针板的形变、应力和应变;最后从植针密度、针板幅宽、针板材质和布针形式四个方面对针板进行分类,得出21个模板,对比分析这四个因素对针板物理性能的影响。结果表明,植针密度的改变对针板性能的影响较大,而针板幅宽、针板材质和布针形式的改变对针板性能影响相比较植针密度来讲都不太明显。The double-sided clamping needle plate was taken as the research object. Firstly,the AUTO CAD software was used to create a needle board model and ANSYS Workbench was imported for finite element analysis; secondly,by setting the material and meshing the points,the load by transforming the force in the simulation was loaded onto the needle plate for solving; thirdly,the deformation,stress and strain of the needle plate were analyzed in the simulation. Finally,the needle plate was classified from four aspects such as needle density,needle plate width,needle plate material and cloth needle form and 21 templates were obtained. The influence of these four factors on the physical properties of the needle plate was compared and analyzed. The results showed that the change of needle density had a relatively greater influence on the properties of the needle plate while the changes of the rest three had no obvious influence on the properties of the needle plate.
