摘 要:构建双氧水/金属配合物OMC催化新体系,将该体系应用于棉织物双氧水低温漂白工艺、染料废水脱色工艺及染色织物浮色后处理工艺,研究该体系对棉织物双氧水低温漂白效果的影响、印染废水脱色效果的影响及染色织物浮色去除效果的影响。结果表明,金属配合物OMC能催化双氧水有效分解,实现棉织物双氧水70℃低温漂白,而且漂白残液能够再应用;能有效破坏染料结构,实现染料废水脱色,并能有效去除染色织物上浮色,进而达到有效节能减排和清洁生产的目的。A new catalytic system for hydrogen peroxide/metal complex OMC was established. And the system was applied to cotton fabric bleaching with hydrogen peroxide at low temperature,decolorization of dyeing waste water and floating color removal of dyed fabric. The influence of the system on the bleaching effect of cotton fabric with hydrogen peroxide at low temperature,the decolorization effect of dyeing waste water and the effect of floating color removal of dyed fabric were studied. The results showed that metal complex OMC could catalyze the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide effectively and realize the low temperature bleaching of cotton fabric with hydrogen peroxide at 70℃,and the bleaching effluents could be reused. The new system could effectively destroy the structure of dyes to achieve decolorization of dye waste water and remove the floating color of dyed fabric effectively,which realized the purpose of effective energy conservation,emission reduction and cleaner production.
