摘 要:为了提高羊毛织物吸附染料性能,以双醛壳聚糖为偶联剂和交联剂,采用多巴胺仿生修饰及2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵二次功能化对羊毛纤维进行改性处理。利用ATR、SEM对表面改性前后羊毛进行结构表征,并研究不同条件下改性羊毛对酸性大红G吸附性能的影响。结果表明:经过多巴胺以及阳离子季铵盐处理的羊毛表面引入了更多的活性基团如羟基、氨基。改性后纤维表面更粗糙,对染料吸附率高。当染料浓度为4%(owf),染色时间为60min,染色温度70℃,pH值为2,改性羊毛织物对酸性大红G具有较好吸附率。In order to improve the adsorption property of wool fabric on dyes,the wool fiber was firstly modified by using dopamine as bionic modification,dialdehyde chitosan as coupling agent and crosslinking agent,and treated with 2,3-epoxypropyl trimethylammonium chloride for secondary functionalization. The surface structure of wool before and after modification was characterized by ATR and SEM to study the influence of modified wool under different conditions on the adsorption properties of Acid Scarlet red G. The results showed that the surface of the wool modified by dopamine and cationic quaternary ammonium salt introduced more active groups such as hydroxyl and amino. The surface of modified fiber was rougher and had better adsorption rate on dye than that of the untreated wool. When the dye concentration was 4%( owf),dyeing time for 60 min,dyeing temperature 70℃,pH value 2,the modified wool fabric could obtain better absorption rate on Acid Scarlet red G.
