摘 要:经过筛选耐碱分散染料,优化煮布和染涤一浴工艺,得出最优工艺为Y-10用量1g/L,H2O2用量2g/L~2. 5g/L,Na2CO3用量选择6g/L~10g/L,染色温度为135℃,保温时间30min;后处理工艺为YT-01 3g/L,处理温度为98℃,处理时间15min。坯布染涤套棉染色工艺能节约80min以上的染色时间,同时能够省3缸水,能达到高效节能的效果。Through screening alkali disperse dye,one bath process of boiling and dyeing polyester was optimized. And it was concluded that the optimal process was Y-10 dosage 1g/L,H2O2 dosage 2g/L ~ 2. 5g/L,Na2CO3 dosage 6g/L ~ 10g/L,dyeing temperature 135 ℃ and holding time 30min; the post-process was YT-01 dosage 3g/L,temperature 98 ℃ for 15 min. The dyeing process of grey cloth with polyester/cotton cover could save more than 80 min dyeing time and 3 cylinders of water at the same time,realizing the purpose of high efficiency and energy saving.
