摘　　要：目的探讨连续性血液透析对尿毒症患者同型半胱氨酸及炎症因子的影响。方法选取2017年1月-2017年10月我院收治的尿毒症患者80例,将患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组患者接受常规治疗,研究组患者接受连续性血液透析治疗。对两组患者治疗前、后体内的同型半胱氨酸水平、炎症因子及治疗效果进行统计。结果治疗前,两组患者体内的同型半胱氨酸水平无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者体内的同型半胱氨酸水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者体内的炎症因子水平无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者体内的炎症因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论尿毒症患者接受连续性血液透析治疗,可以有效降低患者体内的同型半胱氨酸及炎症因子水平,改善患者的治疗效果,该方法值得在临床中推广。Objective To explore the effects of continuous hemodialysis on homocysteine and inflammatory factors in patients with uremia.Methods Eighty cases of uremia patients admitted to our hospital between January 2017 and October 2017 were selected and divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received conventional treatment while those in the study group were treated with continuous hemodialysis.The homocysteine levels,inflammatory factors and therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in homocysteine levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,homocysteine levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,levels of inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect was better in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous hemodialysis for patients with uremia can effectively reduce homocysteine and inflammatory factors and improve the therapeutic effect of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
