摘  要:以单因素实验为基础,结合因子分析法研究了不同因素对α-烯烃磺酸盐(AOS)中磺内酯的影响。结果表明:AOS产品中的磺内酯含量与时间、温度和pH存在负相关;漂白剂的增加会导致AOS产品中磺内酯含量的降低,且氧化性越强,磺内酯含量下降得越多;4个因素对AOS产品中磺内酯下降的影响权重大小为:漂白剂>pH>温度>时间。Based upon the results obtained from single factor experiments and in combination with factor analysis, the influences of different factors on sultone in AOS were investigated. The results indicate that the content of sultone in AOS is negatively correlated with time, temperature and pH. The increase of bleach would lead to the decrease of sultone content in AOS product, and the stronger the oxidizing property, the more the sultone content decreases. The contribution weight of 4 factors on the decline of sultone in AOS products is as following: bleach>pH>temperature>time.
