摘　　要：目的通过在高校学生中健康素养指标体系研究,为针对性在大学生中开展有效、科学的健康教育,从而有效地推进大学生健康水平提供依据。方法通过文献分析法和德尔菲专家咨询法对大学生健康素养指标体系进行开发。结果通过文献分析法,全面分析现有健康素养理论的相关文献,以相关政府部门颁发的《大学生健康教育基本要求》《上海市高校学生健康教育指导纲要》《普通高等学校学生心理健康教育工作基本建设标准》等文件为指导,结合现有的健康素养的量表的定义、内涵、维度和评估工具进行了整理,在此基础上初步设计出我国大学生健康素养评估体系。通过两轮德尔菲专家咨询,对该体系进行修订,确认了我国大学生健康素养评估指标体系。结论本研究开发了我国大学生健康素养评估体系矩阵,构建成一个从健康相关信息处理的角度和大学生相关健康领域两个维度的大学生健康素养四级评估体系,涵盖了在信息处理的各个环节和健康内容不同领域的大学生健康素养水平。Objective To study the index system of health literacy among college students,so as to provide the basis for carrying out effective and scientific health education among college students and effectively promoting the health level of college students.Methods This study developed the index system of college students’health literacy through literature analysis and Delphi expert consultation.Results Literature review was conducted for understanding the definitions,connotation,and dimensions of the existing assessment tools on health literacy.Based on governmental documents about the college students health,core issues and key demands of college students’health were defined through experts consulting conference and focus group interview.On the basis,the assessment indicators system of health literacy for college students was developed through Delphi Expert Consultation.Conculsion This research develops a matrix of health literacy assessment system for college students in China,and constructs a four-level health literacy assessment system for college students from the perspective of health-related information processing and two dimensions of health-related field for college students.It covers all aspects of information processing and the level of health literacy of college students in different fields of health content.
