浅析素质拓展对阳光组篮球运动员选拔的影响

摘　　要：在大学生篮球赛事日益活跃的今天,联赛中所设立的阳光组,其组织机构是组织委员会,目的是为普系、基础薄弱但喜爱篮球的学生提供表现的平台。笔者对这种现状进行了分析,认为对运动员选拔不能仅凭经验而定,还应与实践相结合。本文运用查阅文献资料法、专家访谈法等,客观的总结了阳光组篮球运动员选材过程中存在的问题,结合拓展训练对未来的阳光组体育赛事提出了相应的发展对策和可行性建议。With the popularization of college basketball,the sunshine group in the league is organized by the organizational committee with the purpose of providing performance platform for college basketball fans in non-sport departments.The author analyzes the current situation and concludes that the selection of athletes should not only base on experience,but also should combine with practice.This paper uses the literature material expert interview method and so on to summarize the problems existed in player selection in the sunshine group,and to put forward the corresponding development countermeasures for the future sunshine group events combining with quality training development.
