腱骨愈合过程中生物因子及信号通路调控作用的研究进展

摘　　要：腱骨损伤和愈合的不同阶段均受到多种生物因子和信号通路的调控。本文对近年来国内外相关文献进行整理和分析,发现部分生长因子起到促进腱骨愈合作用,包括IGF、BMP、bFGF等;部分因子起到阻碍愈合作用,如MMPs、TNF-α等;部分因子同时包含促进及抑制的亚型,如IL-1、6、8等促炎因子,IL-4等抗炎因子;部分因子的作用还存在争议,如TGF-β、VEGF等。目前,信号通路以及非编码RNA在腱骨愈合过程中的调节作用及其相关机制也受到广泛关注。但各个生物因子的量效关系、作用时机、多种因子之间的相互作用、非编码RNA对下游各种细胞因子以及细胞因子对信号通路的调控等问题仍需进一步明确。A variety of biological factors and signaling pathways play regulatory roles during different periods of tendon bone injuries and healing.In this paper,we collected and analyzed the relative recent studies at home and abroad,found that some of the biological factors clearly played a promote role during tendon-to-bone healing process,including IGF,BMP,bFGF,etc.,some of them made an inhibitory function,such as MMPs,TNF-alpha,etc.,some of them contained both promoting and blocking subtypes,such as IL-1,IL-6 and IL-8 as pro-inflammatory factors and IL-4 as anti-inflammatory factor,some of them presented different or even opposite results according to different experiments,such as TGF-beta,VEGF,etc.Regulatory roles of signaling pathways and non-coding RNAs(ncRNA)on tendon-to-bone healing process as well as their action mechanics also attracted people's extensive attention.However,dose-effect relationship and action timing of various biological factors,interactions among multiple factors,regulations of ncRNA on downstream cytokines and cytokines on their signaling pathways,still need to be further clarified.
