摘　　要：移动新媒体时代,图书馆数字阅读环境建设以数字化阅读技术平台为关键,数字化馆藏资源建设是核心,移动新媒体格式资源存储格局是保障。数字阅读环境建设的特点为利用多媒体社交平台,打造快传快递阅读环境;创新线上活动,开展多样化推送服务;依托互联网技术,开发多元化主题活动。数字阅读环境建设的策略为更新管理理念,提高数字化建设意识;重视数字资源建设,保障数字阅读环境;应用移动新媒体技术,重视加强网络导读工作。In the era of mobile new media,the key to the construction of library digital reading environment is the digital reading technology platform,the construction of digital collection resources is the core,and the storage pattern of mobile new media format resources is the guarantee.The construction of digital reading environment is characterized by making use of multimedia social platform to create a fast express reading environment;innovating online activities to carry out diversified push services;relying on the Internet technology to develop diversified thematic activities.The strategies of construction of digital reading environment is to renew the management concept and improve the consciousness of digital construction;to pay attention to the construction of digital resources and to ensure the digital reading environment;to apply mobile new media technology and to strengthen network reading guidance.
