基于众筹模式的网络学术资源开发利用研究

摘　　要：学术资源是科学研究的基础,实现网络学术资源的众筹开发与利用可以提高资源利用率,解决科研人员学术资源不足的问题。文章对当前网络学术资源利用现状进行分析,从模式与平台2个层面提出了网络学术资源的众筹开发利用问题,最后分别着重从保障措施和参与机制等内容对基于众筹模式的网络学术资源开发利用进行论述。Academic resources are the basis of scientific research.The realization of the development and utilization of crowd raising for network academic resources can improve the utilization rate of resources and solve the problem of insufficient academic resources of researchers.This article analyzed the current situation of the utilization of network academic resources,and put forward the problems of the development and utilization of crowd raising of network academic resources from the two aspects of mode and platform.Finally,it explored the development and utilization of network academic resources based on crowd raising mode from the aspects of safeguard measures and participation mechanism.
