摘　　要：民间遗存中医药文献种类繁多,数量庞大,良莠不齐,真伪难辨,原生态破坏严重,价格日渐攀升。民间中医药文献具有临床价值、文献价值和文化传承价值,在医学史研究中可以发挥重要的作用。随着当代社会的巨大变迁,开展民间遗存中医药文献的搜集与整理,对于保护散落在民间濒临消亡的中医药典籍、尤其是口传心授的医疗经验等各种非物质文化遗产至关重要。要加强对民间散存未刊稿本医书、医案、处方、中医谚语、中医传说和各种非医学类中医药文献的搜集,以期最大程度地抢救和保护这些即将遗失的宝贵资料。The various and numerous folk-keeping TCM literature,which is uneven in quality and hard to distinguish between genuine and fake ones,is growing in price due to the original damage.The literature has values in clinic,literature and cultural heritage and is able to play a vital role in medical history research.In this ever-changing era,collecting and sorting folk-keeping TCM literature is significant for preserving the vanishing folk-keeping TCM classics,especially the intangible cultural heritage characterized by the oral or non-verbal literature.More importance is supposed to attach to the collecting of the folk-keeping unpublished medical books,medical cases,prescriptions,TCM proverbs,TCM tales and other kinds of non-medical TCM literature,with the hope of saving and preserving these vanishing documents to a maximum extent.
