摘 要:在新型径向叶片式旋转床中采用乙醇胺-二氧化碳物系的化学吸收,建立了相应的传质模型,研究了表观气速、液体喷淋密度和转速对新型径向叶片式旋转床传质性能的影响,并将径向叶片式旋转床与折流式旋转床和填料叶片复合式旋转床进行了对比。实验结果表明,气相总体积传质系数随表观气速、液体喷淋密度和转速的增加而增加;在相同条件下,折流式旋转床的传质性能最好,但功耗和压降比较大;填料叶片复合式旋转床的气相总体积传质系数、压降和有效功耗都稍大于新型径向叶片式旋转床;新型径向叶片式旋转床传质性能差,但功耗和压降较小。The influence of superficial gas velocity,liquid spray density and rotational speed on the mass transfer performance of a novel rotating bed with radial blades was investigated by using ethanolamine-CO2 system in the novel rotating bed with radial blades.A corresponding mass transfer model was established.The results showed that the gas-phase total volume mass transfer coefficient of the novel rotating bed with radial blades increased with the superficial gas velocity,the liquid spray density and the rotational speed increasing.Moreover,under the same conditions,the mass transfer performance of the rotating bed with radial blades,the combined rotating bed and the rotating zigzag bed(RZB)were compared.The mass transfer performance of RZB was the best,but the power consumption and pressure drop were relatively larger.In addition,the mass transfer performance of the novel rotating bed with radial blades was the worst,but the power consumption and pressure drop were lower.
