摘　　要：目的探讨3R健康教育对社区慢性精神分裂症患者自尊水平、自我效能感的影响。方法选取中山市第三人民医院2013年2月～2015年2月收治的116例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(58例)与研究组(58例),对照组进行常规的随访教育,研究组在常规随访教育的基础上连续进行4个月的3R健康教育,以自尊量表评估患者的自尊水平,以一般自我效能量表评估患者的自我效能感水平。结果通过3R健康教育,研究组患者的自我效能感评分高于教育前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组教育后的自我效能感评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的自尊评分高于教育前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);研究组教育后的自尊评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 3R健康教育作为一种新的健康教育方式可以提高患者的自信心和自尊水平,增强患者的自我效能感,改善生活质量,值得在社区的重性精神疾病管理工作中进一步应用推广。Objective To investigate the effect of 3R health education on self-esteem and self-efficacy of patients with chronic schizophrenia in the community.Methods A total of 116 patients with schizophrenia treated in the Third People′s Hospital of Zhongshan City from February 2013 to February 2015 were selected as study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(58 cases)and the study group(58 cases).The control group was given regular follow-up education.The study group was further given 3R health education for 4 months continuously on the basis of routine follow-up education.The patient′s self-esteem level was evaluated with a self-esteem scale,and the patients′self-efficacy level was assessed with a general self-efficacy scale.Results Through 3R health education,the self-efficacy level in the study group was higher than that before education,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-efficacy after education in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-esteem scores in the study group was significantly higher than that before education,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The self-esteem scores in the study group after education was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 3R health education as a new way of health education can improve patients′self-confidence and self-esteem,enhance patients′self-efficacy and improve their quality of life.It is worthy of further application and promotion in the community′s severe mental illness management.
