摘　　要：目的探讨无痛口腔麻醉技术(STA)口腔局部麻醉仪在口腔去髓术治疗中的麻醉效果。方法以2017年12月～2018年5月收治的80例急慢性牙髓炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。观察组选择STA,对照组选择常规局部麻醉方式。比较两组患者的VAS评分、麻醉效果以及心率。结果观察组的VAS评分为(2.21±1.08)分,明显低于对照组的(6.62±1.46)分(P<0.05)。观察组患者麻醉效果的优良率(87.5%)明显高于对照组(20.0%)(P<0.05)。麻醉后,观察组患者的心率为(73.65±8.15)次/min,明显低于对照组的(80.46±10.27)次/min与麻醉前的(80.41±10.22)次/min(P<0.05)。结论 STA口腔局部麻醉仪能有效缓解患者口腔去髓术治疗中的痛觉,同时稳定其心率,确保手术顺利完成。Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of oral local anesthesia apparatus of single tooth anesthesia(STA)in the treatment of oral demyelination.Methods From December 2017 to May 2018,80 patients with acute and chronic pulpitis were selected as study objects and they were divided into the two groups according to the the random number table method.The observation group was given STA,while the control group was given conventional local anesthesia way.The VAS score,anesthesia effect,and heart rate were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS score in the observation group was(2.21±1.08)points which was significantly lower than that in the control group(6.62±1.46)points(P<0.05).The good and excellent rate of anesthetic effect in the observation group(87.5%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(20.0%)(P<0.05).After anaesthesia,the heart rate of the observation group was(73.65±8.15)times/min,which was significantly lower than that of the control group([80.46±10.27]times/min)and([80.41±10.22]times/min)before anesthesia(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral local anesthesia apparatus of STA can effectively relieve pain during oral demyelination,stabilize the patients′heart rate,and ensure the successful completion of surgery.
