摘  要:基于波长色散型X射线荧光光谱仪,采用液体杯制样并运用Quant Express无标样分析软件,测定环烷酸钼、环烷酸镍中Mo、Ni的含量,并考察了灰化温度参数、支撑膜对环烷酸钼、环烷酸镍样品中Mo、Ni的含量的影响。环烷酸钼、环烷酸镍中Mo、Ni的检出限分别为2. 6PPM与4. 3PPM,试验测量值与标准值相对误差低于5%、相对标准偏差低于4%(n=6),结果证明,方法无需标样且测量结果具有高准确度和高可靠性、简便快速等优点。In this work,the amounts ofmolybdenum,nickelinmolybdenum naphthenate and nickel naphthenate were determined?by using the S8 Tiger X-ray fluorescence spectrometer,combined withthe standard free analysis software andLiquid cup.The optimum incineration temperature and support membrane were determined.Detection limit of molybdenum,nickelinmolybdenum naphthenate and nickel naphthenate,respectively:2.6PPM、4.3PPM,the relative toleranceless than 5%,the relative standard deviation less than 1.5%( n =6).The results prove that it has high accuracy,high reliability,quick and easy advantages.
