摘　　要：为了满足船载光电跟踪系统的远程监控需求,构建了一个基于C/S模式的远程视频监控系统,介绍了系统的总体结构、核心工作流程和软件要实现的功能,并详细介绍了利用SDK开发包中提供的相关函数实现远程视频预览的方法。该系统的研究对海上执法、搜救工作有重要意义。In order to meet the remote monitoring requirements of the shipboard photoelectric tracking system,a remote video monitoring system based on the Client/Server model is constructed.The overall structure of the system,core workflow and software functions are introduced.The method of realizing remote video preview by calling SDK functions is introduced in detail.The study of the system is of great significance to maritime law enforcement,search and rescue.
