三角锉六棱锥体柄部自动成型系统的研究

摘　　要：针对锉刀工具厂三角锉柄部成型工序,由人工多次锻打形成的六棱锥体锥度不一致,锥面不平整,长度不统一,无法形成规则正六棱锥体,而研发的三角锉六棱锥体柄部自动成型系统,该系统可以对工件进行自动延展成合乎要求的规则正六棱锥体,降低工人劳动强度,保证产品质量的一致性。系统采用PLC实现集中控制,通过机、电、液联动控制技术,实现工件的自动定位、移位、滚压、切断,并附带故障报警急停功能。This project is aimed at the forming process of the triangular shank part of the File Tools Factory.The hexagonal cone formed by multiple artificial forging is inconsistent,the cone surface is not flat,the length is not uniform,and the regular hexagonal pyramid cannot be formed.hexagonal pyramid triangular file handle automatic molding system,which can automatically extend the workpiece into a regular hexagonal pyramid,reduce the labor intensity of workers and ensure the consistency of product quality.The equipment adopts PLC to realize centralized control.Through the machine,electricity and liquid linkage control technology,the workpiece is automatically positioned,displaced,rolled and cut,and the fault alarm emergency stop function is attached.
