摘　　要：在国内外创新型城市建设评价研究现状的基础上,结合河北省实际,按照投入产出逻辑构建了创新型城市建设的评价指标体系,系统层由创新投入、创新产出2个一级指标组成,状态层由8个二级指标组成,指标层由24个三级指标组成。采用主成分分析法对河北省11个地市创新型城市建设进行了实证评价。Based on the research status of the evaluation of innovative city construction at home and abroad,combined with the reality of Hebei Province,the evaluation index system of innovative city construction is constructed according to the input-output logic.The system layer is composed of two first-level indicators of innovation input and innovation output,the state layer is composed of 8 second-level indicators,and the index layer is composed of 24 third-level indicators.Principal Component Analysis was used to evaluate the innovative city construction in 11 cities of Hebei Province,and the rationality of index design was further verified.
