摘　　要：介绍了包钢薄板厂自主研发的50W600无取向电工钢的工艺及产品性能。结合薄板坯连铸连轧CSP工艺特点,针对电工钢产品性能的提升,从成分设计、冶炼、热轧、冷轧、连退等方面进行探索,研发"二次轧制"和稀土加入工艺,找到磁性能不足、轻微瓦楞缺陷、涂层耐锈不良等问题的解决措施,最终生产出了满足客户需求的50W600电工钢产品。Process and product properties of the 50W600 non-oriented electrical steel self-developed by baotou CSP flow path were mainly introduced.According to the technological characteristics of the compact strip plant(CSP)line,and for the purpose of improvement of electrical steel product performance,the composition design,smelting,hot rolling,cold rolling and continuous annealing of electrical steel were explored to develop“secondary rolling”and rare earth addition process.The solutions to problems such as magnetic insufficiency,slight corrugated defects,and poor corrosion resistance of coating were found.Finally,the 50W600 electrical steel products meeting customer demand were produced successfully.
