摘 要:采用窄间隙钨极氩弧焊随后再采用窄间隙埋弧焊技术对9Cr钢和Cr Mo V钢进行了多道次焊接。对焊接接头分别于470和538℃时效处理8 000 h。检测了焊接接头的显微硬度分布、不同区域的显微组织、冲击韧性及冲击试样的断口形貌,以揭示时效温度对其组织和性能的影响。结果发现:随着时效温度从470℃提高至538℃,焊缝区硬度下降了约20 HV0. 2,冲击吸收能量从21. 4 J升高至22.9 J,这是由于焊缝区晶界析出相长大、晶界得到显著强化所致。9Cr steel was multipass welded to CrMoV steel by using narrow gap argon tungsten-arc welding followed by using narrow gap submerged arc welding technologies.The welded 9Cr-CrMoV steel joints were aged respectively at 470℃ and 538℃ for 8 000 h,then were tested for microhardness distribution,microstructures in its different zones,impact toughness,and fracture pattern of impact specimen to identify their response to aging temperature.From the tested results it was seen that as aging temperature rose from 470℃ to 538℃,hardness in the weld zone decreased by about 20 HV0.2,but impact absorption energy increased from 21.4 J to 22.9 J,which was attributed to considerable strengthening of the grain boundaries duo to growth of precipitated phase in them.
