摘　　要：目的探讨肩关节镜下个体化治疗肩袖损伤的临床效果。方法选取自2015年1月至2017年12月沈阳市骨科医院收治的90例肩袖损伤患者为研究对象。根据不同的损伤程度采用不同的手术方案。利用Constant-Murley评分评估术前及末次随访时患者的肩关节疼痛、功能活动、活动度及肌力情况。结果 90例患者手术顺利,未发生术后并发症。末次随访时,不同程度肩袖损伤患者的疼痛情况、肩关节活动度、功能活动及肌力较术前均明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论肩关节镜下个体化治疗肩袖损伤患者安全可靠,术后并发症少,可较好恢复肩关节功能及稳定性。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of individualized rotator cuff injury.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 90 cases of patients with rotator cuff injury who were admitted from January 2015 to December 2017.Different surgical procedures were used according to the degree of injury.Constant-Murley score was used to evaluate shoulder joint pain,functional activity,mobility and muscle strength of patients before and at the last follow-up.Results The operation was successful in 90 patients without postoperative complications.At the last follow-up,the pain,shoulder joint mobility,functional activity and muscle strength of patients with different degrees of rotator cuff injury were significantly improved compared with those before surgery,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The individualized treatment of rotator cuff injury under shoulder arthroscopy is safe and reliable,with fewer postoperative complications and better recovery of shoulder joint function and stability.
