摘 要:合理选择永磁同步电机的结构参数(磁极厚度、极弧系数、槽深、磁极偏心距、槽口宽度)可以达到抑制噪声、提高效率的目的。为了优化永磁同步电机的效率和噪声,利用正交试验选取一定数量的样本;利用支持向量机对效率和噪声进行拟合,得到回归方程;利用具有约束条件(保证足够电机转矩)的粒子群多目标优化算法对回归方程进行寻优,得到优化后的效率和噪声值;将优化后的参数代入电机模型中对效率和噪声值进行求解,与优化前后的效率和噪声值进行对比。Reasonable selection of permanent magnet synchronous motor structural parameters (magnet thickness, pole embrace, slot depth, magnetic pole eccentricity, slot width) can achieve the purpose of suppressing noise and improving efficiency. In order to optimize the efficiency and noise of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, a certain number of samples were selected by orthogonal test; support vector machines can fit efficiency and noise to get the regression equa-tion. Using the multi-objective optimization algorithm of particle swarm the optimized efficiency and noise values with con-straints of enough torque are gotten by regression equation. The optimized structural parameters were taken into the motor model to solve the efficiency and noise values, and compared with the efficiency and noise values before and after the opti-mization.
