不同市售活性炭对废水吸附处理性能的比较研究

摘  要:主要研究了利用活性炭吸附法处理废水,通过对市售六种活性炭焦化废水和印染废水的COD去除效果进行对比,结果表明市售六种活性炭中其中活性炭样品H对废水的吸附效果明显高于其他活性炭,其中对3号焦化废水的COD去除率最高能达到71. 1%,对印染废水的COD去除率也高达63. 7%。通过对六种活性炭样品的元素含量、比表面积和碘值表征发现,活性炭的比表面积和碘值越大的活性炭对废水的吸附处理性能越好。A comparison study on wastewater treatment by six different kinds of commercially available activated carbons,including a kind of ultra-magnetic activated carbons,was reported.The adsorption performance of activated carbons on the treatment of coking and dyeing wastewaters was mainly evaluated by COD removal efficiency,showing that the ultra-magnetic activated carbons exhibited better adsorption properties than others.The characterization results of element content,BET specific surface area and iodine value of the activated carbons suggested that the greater the iodine value,the larger the specific surface area of the activated carbons,the stronger the adsorption capacity and the better the performance for wastewater treatment by the activated carbons.
