摘 要:2015年以来,浙东河网多地出现水体发黄现象,以宁波市最长的人工河甬新河为例,运用理化分析、生物分析、毒理分析等手段,对引起水体发黄现象的原因及危害进行分析。结果表明,重金属各项指标均未检出,表层叶绿素a浓度达到0. 432 mg/L,达到浙江省重度水华标准。经显微镜镜检,共鉴定浮游植物4门16属16种,优势种为裸藻门的近轴裸藻(Euglena proxima),藻细胞密度占总数的95. 6%,达到7. 68×108cell/L,因此判定引起甬新河水体发黄的原因为裸藻水华,该藻类初步判定无毒。The phenomenon of brown water occured for many times in the eastern rivers of the Zhejiang province since 2015. Yongxin River, which was the longest manual river in Ningbo, was investigated by physical, biological and toxicological method .The results indicated that all the metal items were under the detection limits, but the chlorophyll a in the surface water column was exceeding the threshold of the serious water bloom at 0.432 mg/L. 16 species were identified by microscope. The dominant is Euglena proxima, of which the cell density is 7.68×10^8 cell/L, 95.6 percent of the total amount. In brief, the reason of the brown river is algal bloom, the dominant is nontoxic.
