摘 要:多年来,国内外对于大口径气体流量测量技术进行不断有益探索,大口径气体流量测量仍然面对诸多困难:工艺管道形状多管径大,需要各种规格形状的标定设备;在工程使用中常遇见仪表上游直管段不足;介质含尘、含水造成仪表堵塞,导致仪表可靠性不高。上述问题已成为影响流量测量精度的瓶颈,至今还没有得到良好解决,因此现实产品精度不高,可靠性差。In the past few years, large-diameter gas flow measurement technology has seen a continuous exploration both at home and abroad, but difficulties still exist. For instance, process piping has multiple options on its shape which requires calibration equipment with various shapes and sizes. The upstream pipe section of the instrument is often insufficient. Dust and water often clogs the instrument, lowering its reliability. All the problems above have become the bottleneck affecting the accuracy of flow measurement, and have not been well solved so far. It is an indisputable fact that the existing products are still inaccurate and have poor reliability.
