摘 要:高等学校教学与科研是相互依赖和相互促进的,将科研与教学有机结合,是高素质人才培养的重要途径,也是提高教育教学质量的重要保证。从荆楚理工学院的创新创业教育和卓越工程师培养计划的实际出发,对科研提升教师教学水平、科研内容转化为创新创业资源、科研方法转化为创新创业教学方法、科研实验转化为创新创业实践环节等方面进行了研究与探索,实践表明这些措施较好的实现了卓越工程师计划的培养目标,提高了创新创业教育教学的质量。The teaching and scientific research of higher education institutions is interdependent and mutually reinforcing. Integrating scientific research and teaching organically is an important way for the cultivation of high-quality personnel and an important guarantee for improving the quality of education and teaching. From the reality of the innovation and entrepreneurship education and the excellent engineer training program of the Jingchu University of Technology, we upgraded the teaching level of scientific research for teachers,transform the content of scientific research into innovative and entrepreneurial resources, turn scientific research methods into innovative entrepreneurship teaching methods, and transform scientific research experiments into innovative entrepreneurship practices. Researches and explorations have been carried out in other areas. Practice has shown that these measures have better achieved the training objectives of the excellent engineer program and improved the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education and teaching.
