摘　　要：以全球金融危机为核心节点,以欧洲主权债务危机为重要影响因素,深入分析了中东欧国家银行主导型金融结构的形成与调整过程。结果显示:经济转型以来,中东欧国家构建了以银行部门为主导的金融结构,且其主导地位在全球金融危机期间得到进一步强化;两次危机的爆发促使中东欧国家反思银行主导型金融结构本身所蕴含的金融脆弱性与金融系统安全风险,在一系列宏微观政策的推动下,中东欧国家银行主导型金融结构开始发生深刻变化,具体表现为中东欧国家银行部门的作用以及融资规模有所下滑,而金融市场在融资上的作用与比重稳中有升以及外资银行和内资银行在银行部门的占比亦呈现出此消彼长的态势。Taking the global financial crisis as the core time node, the European sovereign debt crisis as one of the important influencing factors, this paper did an in-depth analysis of the process of formation and adjustment of bank-based financial structure in Central and Eastern European Countries (CEECs). Results show that since the economic transition, the CEECs have constructed a bank-based financial structure and this structure has been even strengthened during the period of global financial crisis. However, two crises have prompted the rethinking of CEECs on the financial vulnerability and the financial safety risks brought by bank-based financial structure. Therefore, the bank-based financial structure also took a series of profound changes in CEECs. The role of the banking sector and the scale of financing have declined, while the role and proportion of financial markets in financing have increased steadily, and there has also been a reciprocal relationship between the proportion of foreign banks and domestic banks in the banking sector.
