摘　　要：世界上图书馆事业最发达的国家是美国。美国图书馆除了依靠政府投资,还能够得到美国基金会提供充足、可持续的资助。本文在阐述美国基金会对图书馆资助的现状、运营模式和监督机制的基础上,为完善我国民间资本嵌入图书馆服务,构建具有我国专业化图书馆基金会提出了一些建议,以期进一步推进我国图书馆事业的创新发展。America is the most advanced country in the development of library.In addition to the investments from the government,the American library can also get enough and continuous fund by library foundation.Based on elaborated the current status,the operation model,and the supervision mechanism,this paper puts forward some suggestions to perfect the private capital investing in library service in China,and build a professional library foundation,it hopes to advance library innovation development.
