摘 要:在传统图书馆决策模式中,决策主体单一、依赖主观经验进行决策等问题导致图书馆决策的专业性不足,甚至出现决策失误,因此,如何提高决策的科学性和专业性成为现代图书馆治理面临的首要问题。大数据技术为提升图书馆决策的科学性提供了可能。基于大数据视角设计和完善图书馆决策支持系统,可以有效提高图书馆决策的科学性,促进图书馆治理的现代化。本文通过对图书馆决策环境的分析,概述了图书馆决策支持系统的发展过程,提出了图书馆决策支持系统的三阶段建设目标;基于用户需求,阐述了图书馆决策支持系统设计的过程和包含的重要内容,并对决策支持系统的实施和维护提出了建议。Some problems in the traditional library decision-making model,such as the single decision-making body and the subjective experience in decision-making,lead to the lack of professionalism and even make mistakes in decision-making.Therefore,the primary issue of modern library governance is how to improve the scientific and professional decision-making.Big data technology provides the possibility to improve the scientific decision-making of libraries.Designing and improving the library decision support system based on the perspective of big data can effectively improve the scientific decision-making of libraries and promote the modernization of library governance.Through the analysis of the library’s decision-making environment,this paper outlines the development process of the library decision support system,and proposes the three-phase construction goal of the library decision support system.Based on the needs of users,it elaborates process and important content of library decision-making system design,and makes recommendations for the implementation and maintenance of the decision-making system.
