医养结合视角下养老护理知识体系的构建

摘　　要：[目的]构建具有科学性、系统性和适用性的养老护理知识体系。[方法]采用文献研究法、半结构访谈法及德尔菲法拟定和完善养老护理知识体系,并通过层次分析法确定各级指标权重。[结果]构建了包含职业素养、理论知识、职业技能和职业管理4个一级指标,14个二级指标和52个三级指标的养老护理知识体系。[结论]构建的养老护理知识体系科学、合理,有助于医养结合养老护理模式的全面实施。Objective:To construct a scientific,systematic and applicability nursing knowledge system.Methods:Literature research method,semi-structured interview method and Delphi method were used to develop and improve the knowledge system of aged care,and the weight of indicators at all levels was determined by AHP.Results:A knowledge system of nursing for the aged with 4 primary indicators,14 secondary indicators and 52 tertiary indicators was constructed,including theoretical knowledge,vocational quality,vocational skills and vocational management.Conclusion:The scientific and rational knowledge system of nursing for the aged was helpful to the comprehensive implementation of the mode of nursing for the aged.
