三种清洗方式对弯盘彩虹印清除效果的分析和探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨三种不同的清洗方式对弯盘彩虹印清除效果的情况。方法:选择2015～2017年我院消毒供应中心回收的4 500件有明显彩虹印的弯盘随机分为3组,每组1 500件。第1组采用预浸泡于鲁沃夫全效多酶清洗液与纯化水比例为1∶270的溶液中5～10 min;第2组采用预浸泡于65℃鲁沃夫除锈剂与纯化水比例为1∶7的溶液中5～10 min;第3组采用预浸泡于80℃鲁沃夫除锈剂,水垢去除剂与纯化水比例为1∶1∶5～10的溶液中5～10 min。比较三种不同清洗方式清除弯盘彩虹印的合格率。结果:第3组清除弯盘彩虹印合格率最高,达97. 33%,第1和第2组清洗方式的效果较差,三种清洗方式的清除效果比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=1 535. 23,P=0. 000 1)。结论:选择第3种方法清除弯盘彩虹印既节省劳力,又能提高清洗效果。Objective:This paper aims to discuss the effect of three different cleaning methods on removing the rainbow print on the kidney basin.Method:We divided 4 500 kidney basins collected by our central sterile supply department from 2015 to 2017 were randomly into three groups,and each group contains 1 500 pieces.Group 1 was pre-soaked in a solution of Ruhof full-effect multi-enzyme cleaning solution and purified water in a ratio of 1∶270 for 5 to 10 minutes.Group 2 was pre-soaked at 65℃in a solution of Ruhof rust remover and purified water in a ratio of 1∶7 for 5 to 10 minutes.Group 3 was pre-soaked at 80℃in a solution of Ruhof rust remover,scale remover and purified water in a ratio of 1∶1∶5~10 for 5 to 10 minutes.Then we compared the qualified rate of three cleaning methods to remove the rainbow print on the kidney basin.Result:The qualified rate of removing the rainbow print on the kidney basin in Group 3 was highest,which was 97.33%.The effects of the cleaning methods in Group 1 and Group 2 were poor compared with that in Group 3.The difference in the effect of the three cleaning methods is statistically significant(χ^2=1 535.23,P=0.000 1).Conclusion:The third cleaning method of removing the rainbow print on the kidney basin is most effective and labor-saving.
